Judges

Relocate-Awards 2024-Sue ShortlandDr Sue Shortland, PhD earned her doctorate in gender diversity in expatriation at the University of Westminster where she lectures in International HRM. She holds the title of Professor Emerita, London Metropolitan University. Sue is an active researcher and has published in a wide range of peer-reviewed academic journals including: Human Resource Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Global Mobility, Career Development International, Gender in Management, Personnel Review, Employee Relations, Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Journal of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies, and European Journal of International Management. Her specialist research areas lie in diversity and gender in expatriation and in corporate governance with a focus on executive remuneration. Her previous roles include being a manager in international HRM consultancy at KPMG, heading up the CBI’s Employee Relocation Council, and working in various editorial and research capacities for industrial relations and HRM journals.

Paul Williamson heads up learning and development at The Ambassadors Theatre Group (ATG), a global live entertainment business. ATG owns and operates close to 50 venues worldwide, is an internationally recognised and award-winning producer, and operates a market leading theatre ticketing business.
He has worked in the theatre industry for over 20 years, enjoying leadership roles in sales and ticketing prior to moving into Human Resources.
Paul has developed a number of in-house development programmes for ATG, including ‘Leading Lights’ – a residential leadership development programme for senior leaders, and ‘Rising Stars’ – a two-year development programme for emerging leaders. He is also an internal coach and has worked closely with The Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), developing in-house coaching capability within the organisation to support the various programmes ATG run.
Paul is a chartered member of the CIPD, an AoEC qualified executive coach and a Hogan personality assessor.

Tosin Adenrele has worked as a Global Mobility Professional for over ten years with worldwide companies across multiple industry sectors such as FMCG, Non-Profit, Financial services, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical and Technology. Since Tosin began her career as a Global Mobility Analyst, focusing on the EMEA Region, she has become known throughout the Global Mobility Industry as a “problem solver” who ensures operational excellence to Global Mobility Programs.
Tosin subsequently undertook contractual roles as a Global Mobility Specialist and Lead Consultant before launching her own Expat Consultancy providing a wide range of Expertise and Project Delivery. Tosin’s specialism is the centralisation of the Change Management, Compensation Analysis, Global Mobility Function, HR Transformation, Stakeholder Engagement and Talent Management.
This focus on delivery has seen Tosin awarded with a Recognition Award for Operational Excellence whilst at BP alongside working with the runner ups for FEM EMEA EMMA Of The Year in 2014. Tosin’s outstanding reputation has seen her share her insights as an industry expert at numerous industry events and in 2019 Tosin was elected to be one of the Next Gen GM Steering Committee Members and also appointed a Global Mobility Ambassador and Contributor to Global Mobility Journeys.

Relocate Awards 2024 Siobhan Cummins 3Siobhan Cummins is a seasoned global mobility professional with 30 years’ experience as a consultant and in-house practitioner with specialist expertise in global mobility programme transformation and optimisation, talent mobility, policy design and development, international payroll and global benefit plans. She was Head of Global Mobility at Naspers and Executive Director, Mobility Performance Improvement at EY as well as holding senior roles at Deloitte and Thomson Reuters, Mercer and ORC Worldwide.

Selina Jones-May is the Senior Director – Global Benefits, Global Mobility and Wellness.  Embarking on the first decade of her career in global tax and HR consulting at PwC, Selina undertook several client secondments which ignited her passion for global specialist HR work in the corporate world.

Selina subsequently undertook Global Mobility leadership positions at PepsiCo and Lloyd’s Register before progressing into broader Senior Group Director roles at Worley with global ownership for Benefits, Global Mobility, Expatriate Tax / Compliance and Strategic HR projects. Following a fascinating period operating as a self-employed consultant Selina is currently the Senior Director for Global Benefits, Global Mobility and Wellness at Lumentum, including responsibility for leading strategic global HR programs and projects.

A law graduate with a Masters in Business Economics, Selina holds professional qualifications in Tax, International HR, Global Benefits and Global Mobility. Selina is also a proud recipient of multiple team and individual industry awards and passionate about her voluntary roles, contributing her time as a speaker, author of thought leadership and judge on several global industry award panels.

 

Pam Mundy is the executive director of Pam Mundy Associates Ltd. She is a highly experienced K12 international education professional with renowned expertise in early childhood education and care.

Pam provides consultancy to many of the world’s leading school and education groups, independent and international schools, UK multi-academy trusts and international Ministries of Education on strategic planning, leadership, development and expansion. She also provides advice and guidance to ‘start-up’ schools on brokering and securing investment, selecting partnerships, school design and development and is involved in a wide variety of high net worth education development projects worldwide.Her most recent publication, the co-authored book, ‘International Schools:Navigating Leadership, Context and Culture’ (Fulton Press), was released in January 2024.

Relocate Awards 2024-Olu Euba3Olu Euba is Associate Director Global Talent Mobility at WPP plc.  He is a global mobility expert with an extensive background in cross border talent mobility, having worked in both inhouse and on supplier side for moves across all regions of the world. He has lived and worked in 4 different countries. He has experience in working across different cultures and also business sectors which includes Advertising, Consulting, Banking, FMCG and IT.

He is very passionate about what he does. Some of his strengths include Talent Mobility Strategy, Culture, Immigration Strategy, Career Coaching, DEI etc

 

Kelly Blackaby is a seasoned Senior Global HR Director with over 15 years of experience across diverse industries and regions, including the UK, Middle East, Europe, and the USA. Her expertise in employment regulations and cultural dynamics has driven impactful HR initiatives globally.
As one of the first women in her sector to work in Saudi Arabia, Kelly overcame significant challenges, becoming a trusted leader in HR. Having lived as an expat herself, she understands the complexities of relocation and supports others in navigating them effectively.
Kelly has mentored professionals, led HR strategies, and driven organisational success. With a master’s in HR Management, CIPD accreditation, and academic excellence, she continues to deliver exceptional results and champion HR innovation.
 

Fiona Murchie Head shot 2023Fiona Murchie has over 25 years’ experience in management and HR publishing and global mobility. From this unique perspective, she combines understanding of the HR and global mobility market with knowledge of business drivers and an appreciation of management thinking and the wider influences on company and regional growth brought about by changing global markets, demographics, economics and geo-political factors.

She launched Relocate magazine in 2004, to promote creativity and best practice in mobility, explore new topics, and stimulate debate on relocation-related subjects.
