Join us for two weeks of events in support of
International Women’s Day
2 – 13 March 2026
Welcome to Think Global Women
Think Global Women is the dedicated platform within Think Global People that champions women in international leadership, embraces global careers, and achieves cross-border impact. It brings together senior leaders, emerging talent, and allies to exchange insights, amplify opportunities and take meaningful action across organisations and communities worldwide.
The 2026 International Women’s Day Give to Gain theme champions generosity, collaboration, and reciprocity as catalysts for gender equality. When women are supported, opportunities expand, confidence grows, and the impact ripples far beyond individuals. These sentiments strongly reflect the values that sit at the heart of Think Global People and Relocate Global.

Sue emphasises the importance of creating a level playing field for women through employer support, particularly in Europe and the UK, where the focus is on equity rather than just diversity statistics.
