The timber frame oasthouse with traditional roundel is a versatile open space, perfect for meetings and workshops with two potential breakout spaces.
The Oast is an exclusive space overlooking 12 acres of beautiful, secluded grounds.

The Cart Lodge
The oak framed Cart Lodge has spacious lower bays, ideal to catering support. It also offers separate space to include The Lookout and The Potting Shed.
The Lookout
The Lookout in The Cart Lodge offers a quiet meeting space area with access to the beautiful grounds to bring the outside in. Ideal for private one to ones, small workshops or coaching sessions.
The Potting Shed
Perfect for creative or craft workshops, or refreshment station to support outdoor events or away days.
The Grounds
The Grounds has 12 acres of exceptional garden space, large pond and paddocks. It has stunning views to inspire creativity for corporate teams, artists, photographers and writers.
Teams can engage in a full sensory immersive experience for outdoor coaching sessions or leadership retreats.

The Barn
The Barn is original and built in the 17th century. The space has traditional doors front and back.
This additional facility can be bespoke for corporate events and film crew.
