Before the evening Awards Ceremony
2pm - 4pm
Glaziers Hall, London SE1 9DD

Join us for an exclusive gathering of senior leaders and subject matter experts in international global mobility, leadership, and global education.

In a time marked by geopolitical uncertainty, economic volatility, and shifting regulatory landscapes, this forum will provide a space for high-level dialogue, real-time insights, and shared strategies for navigating complexity.

Panellists will offer sector-specific perspectives on how their organisations are adapting to current challenges, from mobility and talent strategy to cross-border education and global leadership.

Key themes and insights from the discussion will be developed into a series of post-event articles, extending the impact of the TGP Global Leaders Forum across the wider global leadership and mobility community.

We are thrilled to announce our sponsor Santa Fe Relocation and panellists John Rason, Group Head of Consulting, Santa Fe Relocation, Mike Lambert, Global Education Director, Inspired Education and Ben Oghere, CEO & Founder, The Cozm.

Adapting global mobility strategies in an unpredictable world.
In a world where we are constantly experiencing unprecedented levels of socio and geo-political uncertainty, global organisations are faced with a challenging balancing act; focus on today’s operational needs versus tomorrow’s operational, commercial, people and compliance plans?
What role should Global Mobility leadership play in this process? Are they really engaged in strategic decision making and equipped with the advisory skills to influence change with executive management?
