Leadership Development: Emboldening future visionaries at TASIS England

Leadership development programmes have emerged as pivotal in shaping the leaders of tomorrow, equipping young people with the skills to communicate confidently, navigate challenges and lead with purpose.
At the forefront of this movement, TASIS England offers a distinctive initiative designed for students aged 16 and 17 in the tenth and eleventh grades. The TASIS Leadership Academy (TLA) embodies the school’s commitment to emboldening its students to influence their school and wider communities positively. In the words of the academy’s vision statement, the programme “exists to assist students in developing a leadership growth mindset that will put those students in a position to influence the trajectory of the school and their community positively”.
