Inner Wings was founded by Melissa Di Donato Roos and her husband, Darren Roos. Melissa Di Donato Roos is author of three children’s books including Kick Like a Girl.

Ilaria comes from a financial background and is a Trustee of Inner Wings, a charity working to inspire young children to find their inner strength and pursue their dreams.
Ilaria is an experienced, multilingual Coaching Psychologist who applies behavioural and strategic insights to help individuals enhance their capabilities, resilience and performance.
Ilaria is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential. She holds a Professional Certificate of Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and an MSc in Psychology.

Fiona has over 25 years’ experience in management and HR publishing and global mobility.
From this unique perspective, she combines understanding of the HR and global mobility market with knowledge of business drivers and an appreciation of management thinking and the wider influences on company and regional growth brought about by changing global markets, demographics, economics and geo-political factors.
