What to Expect at AltoVita’s Smart, Safe, Sustainable Summit

by | Jul 5, 2024

Delegates at last week’s IPSEF Global Conference gained valuable insights into new and emerging international school markets and how to successfully navigate them.

There’s still time for mobility and business travel managers to register at https://www.altovita.com/smart-safe-sustainable-summit-2024-london. The full-day event is being held at The Rose Court in Southwark, and will peel back the layers of the process of both sourcing and booking corporate accommodation.

Speakers include Souhilla Taarabit, Group Head of Corporate Travel Services, Al-Futtaim; John Kerr, Head of Global Mobility, Pinsent Masons; Jamie Finnie, Head of Travel, NES Fircroft; Khadeeja Islam, Head of Global Mobility, Aggreko; and Magdalena Jennings, Global Mobility Business Partner, Equinix, among many others. See here for the full line up: https://www.altovita.com/blog/meet-the-speakers-for-the-4th-annual-smart-safe-sustainable-summit

Questions to be asked during this free summit will include:

  • How can under-pressure mobility and travel managers find solutions to reduce costs, and improve the employee experience, at a time when business travel is becoming more expensive and more complicated?
  • How can leaders leverage new technology, and keep up to date with the latest trends, to drive value in their organisations?
  • How do we manage a crisis? Emergency relocations are unfortunately more frequently requested by multi-national businesses today. Being able to provide safe accommodation, and swiftly, plays a critical role in dealing with crises, but how do organisations ensure they’re prepared?
  • With more group bookings being requested, how can a travel or mobility manager keep up to date with the complexities of mass moves? From intern programmes to large-scale project work, particularly in the engineering and construction sectors, how are processes evolving to manage group moves, with different personas, and again keep them under budget?

AltoVita hopes the July 9 summit will equip mobility and business travel managers with the knowledge they need to tackle the rest of the year and beyond, and give them the chance to build relationships with experts across the board.
