Serviced apartments, business travel, and corporate housing are sophisticated, fast-growing industry sectors. Over the last couple of years, business travellers have increasingly come under the remit of global mobility departments. In addition, companies are expanding into new markets and responding to changes in the supply chain, with an increase in demand for second- and third-tier destinations, as well as new underdeveloped markets.
